How long does it take to ship orders?
Processing time can take up to 1-5 business days. Shipping varies depending on your location. All orders are sent with postal tracking and sent through Australia Post Carrier services.

How to take care/clean clay jewellery?
All clay jewellery are handmade and delicate. Do not soak them in water. Avoid contact with sun, oils, perfumes or other chemicals. To clean, use a small damp cotton bud gently with warm soapy water and let dry on a paper towel.
Silver plated and gold plated earhooks/leverbacks may yellow overtime due to oxidation. With proper care, your jewellery will continue to dazzle as long as you follow these guidelines

> Store in a dry cool place
> Handle with care
> Avoid contact with chemicals
> Avoid oils, perfumes, lotions, or hair product whilst wearing my handmade jewellery pieces.
Do you do custom orders/commissions?
